Data Deletion Request

If you are a customer and want your personal data deleted, contact Lakefront Leak & Drain using one of the methods below. Please include the phone number used for SMS verification in the app so we can locate your records.

How to request deletion

1. Email Lakefrontleakanddrain@gmail.com with subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. Or call/text 216-505-7765 and request data deletion.
3. Provide your name, phone number, and service address used with us so we can verify the request.

What data is deleted

• App session/authentication data associated with your phone verification.
• Customer contact details and service records held in our operational systems, except data we are required to retain by law.

What data may be retained

• Records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Backup copies for a limited retention period where deletion is not immediately possible.

Retention period

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. If legal or operational retention requirements apply, data may be retained only as long as required and then deleted.
