Mobile App — Phone Number

When you use the Lakefront Leak & Drain mobile app, we ask for your mobile phone number to verify your identity via a one-time SMS passcode (OTP). We use this phone number solely to:

• Send you a verification SMS via Twilio
• Look up your existing service history and job records in our field-service software (HouseCall Pro)
• Identify you for appointment scheduling and status tracking

We do not store your phone number on our own servers beyond the duration of your authenticated session. Your phone number is not sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes.

Website — Analytics & Usage Data

When you visit our website we automatically collect standard usage information through third-party analytics tools, including:

• Pages visited and time on site
• Browser type, device type, and general geographic region
• Referring URL

This data is aggregated and anonymous. We use it only to understand how our website is used and to improve our content.

Contact Information You Provide

If you call, text, email, or submit a booking request, we collect the information you provide (name, phone number, address, service description) to fulfill your service request. This information is stored within HouseCall Pro, our field-service management platform.

3. SMS Messaging

By entering your phone number in the Lakefront Leak & Drain app, you consent to receive a single one-time passcode SMS for the purpose of identity verification. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not send promotional SMS messages through the app.

4. Data Retention

Session tokens issued after OTP verification expire automatically and are not stored on our servers after expiration. Service records (name, address, job history) are retained within HouseCall Pro for the duration of our business relationship and as required by applicable law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information transmitted through our Service, including HTTPS encryption and HMAC-signed session tokens. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
